My experience with sales was wonderful! There was an issue after purchasing my car with the finance manager which made us feel as if we had stolen the car. The bank made the check out to my husband who gave it to finance on Wednesday and Friday were at work when we received calls separately from the financial manager stating the check was kicked out by the bank and a new check needed to be issued. I purchased a car on January 9, 2020. At the time of purchase, I received 1 key for the automobile. I was told to come in to the service department and have another key made asap. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to come in until January 18. I was immediately met at the door by Donald Clay who greeted me and asked Lance Green to escort me to the service department.
