Love my truck. Quick and easy process besides the part where they forgot to take the lock out the gas tank and we couldn't drive home with the truck on the same day we purchased it. No perks for buying any vehicles here either. Like for example a first free oil change or reward points etc..

When I arrive and park my vehicle the salesman met me at the door. I already knew what I wanted because I saw the vehicle online. I presented it to the salesman he got the key for the vehicle and I test drove it and fell in love with it. Explain some details to me about the vehicle and before I know it I was in the finance department finish my paperwork and I was on my way home with my brand new truck. I was very pleased with it and appreciate it. In all my year’s Purchasing vehicles. This was the fastest process ever. Thank you Ray Brown I appreciate y’all have a blessed day.

Purchased the vehicle on Friday, 12/11, drove it home to find out the sun roof didn’t work, clearly not inspected properly. Monday to bring it in and was told I couldn’t bring it in until 12/21 and when I do so I will need to arrange my own transportation as there would be no loaner vehicles available. I did call my salesman and he fixed the problem. Brought the truck in and service made quick work of the problem. I dropped it off at 10am and received a call a few hours later saying it was fixed. I wanted my truck back ASAP and was told that although service closed at 5pm they could bring the vehicle up for me and if I was there by 7pm I could pick it up. I made the trip across the river and arrived at 6pm to pick up the truck. When I arrived I was told we don’t know who you are and don’t have your keys, rude and uninterested in helping, I was sent away and told to come back during service hours. Came back the next morning and picked up the truck, tried to inform a few people in service about my frustration and everyone made it clear they were too busy to care and showed little interest. This truck was the first new vehicle I’ve ever purchased and for sure the most expensive. I see why vehicles loose so much value when they leave the lot because once the money is spent the importance as a customer clearly looses value as well. To be clear Robert and Vernon did a great job addressing my issue initially but as soon as I showed and dealt with the front end people the treatment was clearly different.

On December 31st, 2020, the last service I received was...

On December 31st, 2020, the last service I received was unacceptable and flat out terrible. I brought my 2016 Unlimited Sahara Jeep in for standard oil change and requested for my check engine and "Hot Oil" flashing lights to be checked by my Service Advisor, West. I picked up my vehicle 3 hours later and within 2 hours the "Hot Oil" light and check engine light came back on. Therefore, I proceeded to call my service advisor West, but he was unavailable and spoke with Vernon April, who I thought was the Service Manager. Vernon April has "zero" customer service skills and his attitude was rude and disrespectful. I asked for West, however, he was out for lunch so he claimed he was the service manager and said you will need to address the issue with him. I proceeded several times to explain what happened as I submitted my vehicle for services, but he insisted that you must pay $145 diagnostic fee regardless of my explanation or answer. I felt force to pay for diagnostic cost without a legitimate explanation or options for something that I initially requested for but was not done, e.g. check service engine and oil lights and standard oil change. I explained to him again that my Service Advisor West stated everything was okay and my vehicle was in good shape. So, I am assumed that diagnostic regarding the engine lights and oil change services was accurate and completed. However, Vernon continued to say "why did you not say you need a diagnostic done on your vehicle". I stated, I am not the expert and should not have to tell you how to do your job. I indicated the problems with the expectation of you telling me what you need to do or have done to fix the problem. Again, Vernon continue to press the issue of paying $145 for a diagnostic. Therefore, I refuse to bring my vehicle back and decided to file a complaint against him and spoke with Victoria Perez. After speaking Mrs. Perez, the Service Manager called and offered to do the diagnostic at no cost and stated that you must pay for the repairs, it is not free. I told the Service Manager, it's not about the extra money, my time has been wasted. Additionally, you have lost my trust in servicing my vehicle and the professionalism of your customer service, therefore, I will not return, and I believe Vernon April should be reprimanded for his poor customer service skills.

Purchased the vehicle on Friday, 12/11, drove it home to find out the sun roof didn’t work, clearly not inspected properly. Monday to bring it in and was told I couldn’t bring it in until 12/21 and when I do so I will need to arrange my own transportation as there would be no loaner vehicles available. I did call my salesman and he fixed the problem. Brought the truck in and service made quick work of the problem. I dropped it off at 10am and received a call a few hours later saying it was fixed. I wanted my truck back ASAP and was told that although service closed at 5pm they could bring the vehicle up for me and if I was there by 7pm I could pick it up. I made the trip across the river and arrived at 6pm to pick up the truck. When I arrived I was told we don’t know who you are and don’t have your keys, rude and uninterested in helping, I was sent away and told to come back during service hours. Came back the next morning and picked up the truck, tried to inform a few people in service about my frustration and everyone made it clear they were too busy to care and showed little interest. This truck was the first new vehicle I’ve ever purchased and for sure the most expensive. I see why vehicles loose so much value when they leave the lot because once the money is spent the importance as a customer clearly looses value as well. To be clear Robert and Vernon did a great job addressing my issue initially but as soon as I showed and dealt with the front end people the treatment was clearly different.
