Dodge Creates Special-Edition Challenger, Charger Models for 100th Anniversary
There’s been a ton of progress in the auto industry over the last century.
However, the Dodge brand has maintained some consistencies. And, as a matter of fact , this is the 100th year the Dodge brand has been thriving as a quality American automaker here in Harvey, LA and the rest of the U.S., as well.
So, what’s Dodge doing to celebrate?
Well, as expected, they’re releasing special edition Challenger and Charger models that will make their rounds in 2014, and their appeal goes beyond their signature sound.
President and CEO of the Dodge Brand, Chrysler Group, Tim Kuniskis, explains that the Charger and Challenger represent the “heart and soul”1 of the Dodge brand. And as such, they are the perfect new Dodge models to augment with anniversary flare.
Every special edition Charger and Challenger will have color options including Pitch Black and Header Orange, and will feature new, polished 20 x 8-inch polished five-spoke wheels made from aluminum and featuring Granite Crystal pockets.
Inside, the 100th Anniversary Dodge Challenger and Charger models feature sleek style, premium technology features and brand-new Black Nappa or Molten Red Nappa leather throughout the interior cabin.
