This is my second time purchasing a Jeep vehicle from Ray Brandt. They are an excellent operation with great people and management. They are very honest and forthright. The do not mislead or try any tricks -- they are a class act. I ended up ordering a car to my specifications, at Kevin's suggestion (one of our sales persons - we had a team of two sales people, the other was Heather), and it turned out to be a great decision, one which I would not have made without Kevin's guidance. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and REALLY came through with great service all the way through the purchase agreement, and even thereafter. It was not stressful at any point -- it was always pleasant, and was a very good experience overall. I would buy from Ray Brandt again, without a doubt.

With less than 2000 miles my Pacifica was in the shop 18
With less than 2000 miles my Pacifica was in the shop 18 days. Under my warrantee I was supposed to get a rental car. I was never reimbursed. The sales people are either ignorant or liers. When ordering the car I was adamant about getting a model with a spare. I purchased the spare as an extra add on. When I went to pick up my new vehicle I was told there is no where to mount a spare on the Pacifica. What idiot would design a "touring" vehicle with no place for a spare. The idiot salesman said I could stop it in my garage! An when I am in Michigan or SouthCarolina a spare in my garage will help me how?
